Cornerstone Adventist Academy is to prepare students not just for success in this life but for eternity. However, it is crucial that we provide academic excellence. The Carolina Conference Department of Education has recognized the need for new and innovated ways to educate and challenge this generation of learners. These innovated methods are implemented at Cornerstone Adventist Academy.

JEOPARDY GEOGRAPHY AT CORNERSTONE

A Field Trip to Remember

Cornerstone students traveled to Ovens Auditorium Tuesday, February 11, 2021, to attend the Harriet Tubman story. It’s the story of the Freedom Train that tells the thrilling story of Harriet Tubman in a fascinating series of scenes that use dance, dialogue and music of the period. Born into slavery, Harriet made the decision at age 25 to make a perilous escape from a Maryland plantation. The escape route that Harriet followed soon became known as the Underground Railroad. Freedom Train is the story of self-sacrifice, dedication and survival, laced with warmth and a sense of humor that celebrates the human spirit – a universal story for all.
